Hello running tomatoe paste wash with bakers yeast the product is beautiful , just wondering is 150ml enough to discard on a 25litre t500 reflux ,so no blindness if that's a thing

Thanks very much just waant sure with bakers yeast and didn't want to go blind or anything , so I will discard first 150ml then take my cuts .

150ml foreshots is standard on a 25-28ltr wash, only upscale on larger washes.

Mathematically, assuming you have a 10% wash of 25L, you have 2500ml of 100% product. Take 5% of that number as foreshots and you cannot go wrong = 125ml. Your 150ml is just fine.
