Appoligise if this has been asked several times before.
Onto my 3rd TPW, with success in the past.
my fault for not taking any ph levels or anything along the way.
Just checking after about a week, stiring occasionally ( thats another question - How often should it be stirred )
It had cleared and settled, and smells a bit alcoholic ( good sign I guess that something positive has happened )
There has been a few how days, so potentially it could have got close to 30 degrees ( sitting at 26-28 now 0
So I stuck the Hydrometer in and .....it fell short of the green line.
Suck the alccometer in also to have a look - showing no alcohol.
so any advice if this batch is.
1 - still fermenting ?
2 - saveable ?
3 - Future advice ? ^:)^ ^:)^
Learning curve is verticle at the moment and pulling hard G's
