50/50ale wheat whisky

Thought I get the old 3 vessel going today to use up some left over grains 12.5kgs each of malted barley and malted wheat mashed at 65⁰ for 2 hours then raise temp to mash out to help drain then batch sparge to end up with 92litres in the kettle,not boiling either once it cools I'll recirculate to get some oxygen in there and ferment in the kettle add 250grams of saf gold and let her Rip. Who knows what it will make but I'm going to find out haha
