the distillery wasnt speccied in the article extract i was reading but i was googling for a JD type of whiskey when i found it.. JD is my fave commercial drop.

Crow - thats not a bad idea, also then, what if i soak some of my medium toast oak chips in maple for a time before i use them??

also TWOC has the Rye for the WABS guys it is 40 odd bucks for 10kg not sure what type or range they have till i pick it up. will advise..
