Juice vrs acid in tpw

Can you use lemon juice instead of citric acid for a tomato paste wash and at what ratio?

I use fresh lemons when I can, dunno if it's right or not but I just squeeze in the juice of half a lemon instead of 1 tea spoon citric acid

Just thought juice would be cheeper in the long run..
I currently doing a cost/ yield / quality comparisment with my t500 cooking ss yeasts washes to there instructions,
and a low budget tpw.
