Storing spirits in a warm place

Postby Drew » Thu Jul 05, 2012 2:18 pm

i've been storing my spirits in a cuboard that's close to my hot water system and its roughly between 27-30 degrees. I haven't noticed any taste differences so far, but would like to know your thoughts on this and if this will lower it's shelf life etc

I try to store as much as possible at around the 37 degree mark, although it does not have a very long shelf life :laughing-rolling:
