I have completed a Classic 8 Turbo distillation using Classic 8 Turbo Yeast, 8 kg sugar Turbo Carbon, Turbo Clear after fermentation.
It was a little hazy when put into my Brewzilla
On completion it was perfectly clear, but the remaining water was a reddish brown beer colour.
Have I done a sort of Jesus?

That's all the nasty crap you don't want to be drinking. If you make a tpw you'll save a small fortune and the end product will be better.
That said if you enjoy what you make my opinion is just that!

That is not the point of this post. There is obviously a problem with contamination, Maybe with the reflux column packing of the Beer Maker

One of the replies stated that I shouldn't be using TPW for whisky in the Pot Mode

And you think a turbo wash in a reflux still is going to give you whiskey ?

The point of my post was to point out all the unnecessary crap you've been sold is what's left after the run... The turbo crap is unnecessary pollution in my view!

I was hoping for some intelligent reply as to why after many runs using still spirits and having relativity clear dunder that this time it is unnaturally coloured.
It has nothing to do with the bias of replies

Dirty still/packing perhaps its about the only place it could come from what was made in it previous? I dont think turbo stuff what cause discolouration.. :-B

It's a mystery bluc. The reflux column packing is of a stainless steel pot cleaner like material is clean, with slight dirt that I cleaned out of the inside colum

The column is copper and the material is stainless steel

How long between last run and the one previous to that my money is on dirty copper but the majority was probably cleaned out with your last run. This can happen especially when the still is left wet. Nothing much to worry about unless you get blue distillate. In that case it should not be consumed. If it has a very feint blue tinge on a stripping run it will usually clean up on the spirit run and will be safe to drink. Dont ever drink it if it has a bright blue colour.. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Yeah either dirty copper or your stainless boiler has a rust a pot.
