Reading the hydrometer

Sorry to ask a really dumb question I’m having trouble reading the hydrometer it’s sitting on 90 in the wash now would I be correct in thinking the wash is finished

Okay thanks I’ll give it a couple of days if the hydrometer hasn’t changed I’ll consider it done
