Hey all, have 40L tpw and 40L rum ready to go but only have time to do one of them cause IM off on holidays next weekenD and won't get to do the other for about 3-4 weeks. Which one would be safer to leave ? . Thanks .

I'd do the rum so you could put on another batch while your gone. :grin:
I have left rum, UJ and TPWs for 3 months unsealed and they have all been fine. To be safe it is a good idea to have a lid an airlock and then they will be fine.
