Ok cool, going to do bwko but with rye instead of wheat.

50l keg boiler 4" still mount 4" sight glass 1" drain..
4 plate 4" bubbler, 600mm packed section

Ended up using 3.5kg sugar as thats what mac uses in bwko. Mines the same except rye instead of wheat..

I think i have my recipe pinned down 2kg cracked corn half kilo of pilsner malt and half kilo of rye 8kg sugar. 60l total volume.
Has nice corney taste up front with a decent peppery finish and plenty of malt flavour to fill the body.
Not sure how long its been but showing some promise.
Have also substituded the rye for wheat malt..
Doing 5 gens 25% dunder on same grain bed.
