Time to roast some beans then. How big is the orange, big or usual medium sized, given its got 44 beans in it?

So BigRig, quick Q; at the end of your 44 days, did all, or only some of the 95% work its way through the orange and into the glass? Do you mix the contents of the glass with the remaining neutral that didn't get through the orange, before adding the sugar syrup?

I am 38 days in, and I still have a fair bit of neutral in the bottom of the jar. I have collected some (100-200ml) which looks very inviting... This afternoon, I moved it into the sun to try to get some natural reflux with some warmth..

Any wisdom?

The neutral penetrates deep in to the orange and pulls out a bunch of flavour. I guess you could do something with the orange after it is finished but i didn't bother.

Any estimate of how much you got dripped out of the orange coffee mix, I put one down and am wondering what to expect? Has dripped already look wonderful.

About half a cup mate if memory serves me correctly.

Day 44!

Exciting

Came out very orange, cutting the orange, which was drying out and squeezing it gave a massive coffee hit so much its now quite coffee with a hint of orange, the reverse of how it started. Lesson learnt, room for varying outcomes. depends on your tastes / lies.

Amazing the coffee from the fruit itself, be careful.
