Ingredients
750ML of 40% neutral
1 roll of XXX Extra Strong Mint

.

Instructions:
Turn the mints into powder using a morter and pestle (or in my case the neigbours super blender)
Add the powder and neutral to a bottle.
Over a 2 hour period the powder will completely disolve leaving a slightly white murky drink.
I added one drop of blue food colouring to give it a bit of wow factor, but that is a personal choice ofcourse

The result
Does not hide any flavours in your neutral but gives it a great pepperminty zing. Enjoyable afterflavour.

Nice, I done a little different,

5ml natural peppermint essence
250ml 85%
300ml sugar syrup
300ml water

Nice but don't think it'll have the same kick the XXXX delivers

I ended up putting 1.5L of peppermint schnapps back through my reflux still. Couldn't give that shit away - no body wanted seconds of that!

BB I do believe u should serve it with other ingredients in a cocktail or shot. On its own it can be pretty nasty.

Try this
Chocolate Mint

30 ml Coconut Cream
20 ml Dark Rum
15 ml Peppermint Schnapps
30 ml Chocolate Syrup
30 ml Heavy Cream
Blend with 16 oz. crushed ice until smooth and creamy. Serve in a specialty glass and garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

Gin or vodka, peppermint and dry vermouth make a good Christmas martini.

It can be handy if ur into mixing drinks :)
