Hi was this poo in a bottle any good or is it just a waste of 4 caramello bars?

Chocolodka

I get asked to do one of these every batch its that good.

I double boil a block of family caramello and stick it in 1L of strong neutral (45% or so) and wait and shake.

After about 3 days all the cocoa butter / veg oils separate and a put it through a mesh strainer. Much nicer look & consistency.

If you drink it quicker you don't get the oils separating out.

This is a killer drop.
