Baileys.
Whip 3 farm eggs till fluffy.
Keep beating with the mixer as you add...
Add 2 cups DWWWG , UJSM, bourbon(or other 40%)
1 can sweetened condensed milk,
about the same of thick cream
1 tablespoon of chocolate topping
1 teaspoon of good vanilla extract (vanilla bean paste is a standout).

what is the DWWWG , UJSM
how long would this keep going to try an edwards essence so what would i exclude from this recipe ?

Hi susie,

In the beginners section there is a glossary of terms which contains a list of all the acronyms and jargon that gets bandied about here. It's well worth a read or two (As is the entire beginners section).

dwwg, ujsm are recipes for bourbon.
aussie cream is very tasty recipe.
the macs coffee is delicious as well.

can always add glycerine to thicken up the recipe to make it more like a liquor as well.

as for frangelico, i dont think there is a recipe on here for it.

checking a few sites they all have a similar recipe: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2012/07/diy-hazelnut-liqueur-recipe-homemade-frangelico-for-cocktails.html
1/2 pound raw hazelnuts with skin, roughly chopped (about 2 cups)
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 vanilla bean, split
