Saw this idea over on hd by "chickenfeet" and thought i would copy it's my rough prototype...
it's brass / teflon free
stainless bolt inside a bit of 1/4 inch tube. Bolt cuts it's own thread and seems to seal against low air pressure
1/4 tube has a hole in the side to allow flow from offtake tube
hoping to test a bit later tonight on the end of a run i am doing... :)

This is something I seen a while ago over there and thought is worth exploring, with the price of decent SS valves this will be a winner once perfected.
A 3/8 tee with a SS bolt in it would also work.

1st run was a fail ? not really sure what was going on.
testing on "untested" boka tube and it's about 11pm Sunday night....
still hot = yes
vapor in coloum = yes
condenser running = yes
reflux coming out = NO (only a little tiny drip or two)
trouble shoot :)
blow air up off-take hear it in column = no blockage
re-check reflux coming out = NO (only a little tiny drip or two)
take bolt right out = NO (only a little tiny drip or two)
start clutching at straws
unplug PSR-25 and go direct to power point
wrap towel around column for insulation
still nothing coming out ???
F#%$ M# where is that shit going.... i will fix you you $%#^
take pipe cutter and gloves, cut off "valve" with the expectation of hot high ABV pissing all over the place
nothing coming out F#$^$ F^$$ F^#$ whats going on ????
pour some heads down the top and it pours out the off take, F#%# whats going ON here !!!!
stand there scratching my head thinking WTF
F$^% it i cant be bothered... turn off still and go to bed.... sort this shit out another day
lol...

For me the next step would have been the grinder or the hammer :) Good call on going to bed and leaving it till the next day.
