OG calculation

I put a modified MacWhisky on today, with the following...

4kg Sugar
1.5kg Caramalt
5kg Golden Promise malt
Final volume is 40L.

The malt was mashed at 64°C for an hour. Unfortunately I broke my hydrometer before I could measure the SG and I had a guesstimate at the 40L. Is there a calculator somewhere that could estimate my SG from this recipe? I was aiming for around 1.060 but I've no idea if I'm close.

Also, what would my final SG be with all the solids and unfermentables?

Found this which seems pretty good...

https://www.brewersfriend.com/allgrain-ogfg/

Assuming I end up with 35L of wort (??), I have an OG of 1.089. That's way higher than I was after. The FG seems higher than I thought at 1.025 as well. The final ABV of 8.36% isn't too bad I suppose.

Anyway, it's bubbling like crazy at the moment and the shed smells delicious! I'll strip it through my newly built and cleaned 3" boka run wide open, then should have an amount of low wines that fits into my 10L 1.5" boka for another wide open run. Can't wait to see what it turns out like!

If you leave the packing in the Boka your going to strip out the flavor you’ve worked so hard to get in there.
If your after “brown” spirits you’ve got the wrong still

In both stills I will run them without packing the column. I understand it's not ideal, but the original MacWhisky is run through a bubbler, not a pot still.

Ha, shows I'm a novice. I thought a bubbler had plates and a reflux condensor.

It does but a bubbler is still nothing more than a glorified pot still.
