No flames please. I'll run it and see how it goes.
Put this down on Sunday and as at 8:00pm 2 days later it's at 990 and stopped major bubbling. Sorry I didnt get the starting SG.
In a 30L fermenter(approx!!!)..
5kg White Sugar(Woolies)
2kg Limes belted up with blender, put into a pot and boiled for about 30mins off and on
Topped up to about 25-26L with heads of cold water
1tbsp Epsom
4tbsp DAP
1tbsp Gypsum
About 1/5 to 1/4 jar of Lowans(whatever I had left)

About 1/2 cup of Bicarb to lower PH so it doesnt take years to ferment
Fermentation Odour: Very nice, nothing like a turbo and no aeration of house necessary. Smells like limes. Awesome.
Taste Test after reaching 990 - Not bad, nothing too untoward in the flavours.
Running it over the weekend after it clears, I will let you know how it goes!
And a reminder - dont be a dick(no flames). Will run it and see how it goes with a McStill 2" Boka on the weekend.
