Just did my first run on the Pure Distilling Reflux Still and have 9.5 Litres of 40 ABV
Question is does anyone know of the essence that tastes the most like Johnnie Walker Red Label and Jim Beam.

For the Beam , I used to use the still spirits classic American bourbon and add 10ml of maple syrup to each 700ml bottle, give it a good shake and leave it a week
