Wineleader. That's hitting the nail on the head for my question in the first place; but no good for a hobby at all. Thank you.

Thanks everyone again, for the info and the pointers, now it's up to me to pull my digit out and smell the spirit.

Whatever I choose , I can get help here and grow the system and improve the batch.

equipment: Got a small reflux, need to sort things out for a Pot style as well.
