I was looking into it for some winemaker friends of mine... They were telling me that a lot of micro distillers are starting with Gin with many buying in the spirit from Tarac ect.

Thanks everyone again, for the info and the pointers, now it's up to me to pull my digit out and smell the spirit.
Whatever I choose , I can get help here and grow the system and improve the batch.
