Or near Darwin anyway.

The name's Andrew. I've been distilling for a few years, never found a forum on it before though.

I'm using a new T500, I mostly make scotch and a chocolate liquer.

I don't bother with carbon filters, I've had better results by re-distilling my alcohol.

Found it interesting where a few other people on this forum are also using the T500 and they're getting similar bottom temperatures to me as I live so much further north than most people.

Supposedly a ladies drink, they mostly mix it with milk, but I like it straight as a beer chaser.
