Hi All,
I've been distilling on/off for 10years.
Built 3 different styles of stills but my favourite is my 50L keg with reflux/pot option. External jackets, quick connects, etc
But I'm getting itchy to build again. I would like to go low & slow!! Possible oil heated copper boiler?
Anyway, on a personal level ...I'm a single Dad of 2 teenage girls, residing in Woodville, SA. Started a residential maintenance business this year, due to unforseen circumstances. 25 years a Fitter & Turner, there is not many things I can't fix or fabricate.
ALL-WAYS happy to help people with projects.
Hoping to learn about pure grain distilled whiskey, as I love my single malts.
Look forward to researching the site.
Cheers
CJ
