On my quest for knowledge on this lovely new hobby of mine, I stumbled on this board.
I have a T500, and started with turbo yeast, but didn't like the result, have switched to TPW and that was already a nice improvement.
In a Dutch forum there was some discussion about tomato paste not being "clean" enough (added chemicals for preservation etc) so I now have moved to bakers yeast, and a little citric acid, and boiled rice, and am quit pleased with the result.
I still have a lot of reading to do, so I'll de lurking around here quit a lot I guess :-)
