Posted: Sat Oct 16, 2021 10:31 pmSo I’ve cut my losses and just sold the t500 on marketplace for $600. I did end up making 2.5L of drinkable (debatable :laughing-rolling: ) alcohol so I’ll say I came out almost even… maybe.
I’ve got a t500 lid coupling up for grabs now that I won’t be using it if anyone interested? ;-)
Now just trawling through all the threads trying to find a shotgun build that can lead me in the right direction for a DIY still build. That and working out what the cost will be for a keg boiler build. The $10 keg I got off marketplace looks good externally but I just need to remove the spear and see how she goes holding liquid.
