Hi guys. New to the forum and distilling, lots of awesome information on here. Currently on a second generation batch of rum. First gen currently on oak and taking on a nice colour.

I run with a basic modified 35 litre digiboil boiler on a voltage controller with an alcoengine potstill head. Looking forward to reading through the forums for some inspiration.
