Hi from Melbourne

Hey guys,
I'm on my way of learning the art of distilling. I have never distilled before but am very passionate to learn. I am planning to get my distillers licence soon. Still trying to gather info on how to get it and how can I get some experience in making gins and whisky.

Welcome Deep,
why are you looking to get a license if youve never distilled ?

Welcome Deep
Give us an idea of the setup you are hoping to run and the volumes you are hoping for. Going down the licensing path usually involves a rather large investment mate, I am assuming you are look at large volumes, so I would be looking to do some test batches and smaller set up initially to make sure you firstly enjoy it, and secondly have a scalable product.
Good luck

Thank You everyone for welcoming me. @stig I want to setup a commercial distillery as I'm passionate about my booze. I want to develop flavors i will enjoy and will like people who are interested to experience what I can offer. I've been working at a distillery for 3 months now and have learnt heaps. Distilling community is so welcoming all across the board. Hope to continue with my journey with the same experience.
