Hi there, I have been distilling for a little over a year, focusing on Gin. Up to now I have used sugar washes (TPW initially, THEN moved to TFFV). Now going to try it with potato starch and will eventually move onto maize.
I am also starting a master distilling course.
Full time HCW.

Welcome Anna
It won’t be long and you will be sharing what you learn in the course.
If your teachers start annoying you I am sure there are plenty on here that can give you some really tricky you can ask the teacher lol
Enjoy the ride
