Say Hi and introduce yourself

Hi from South Africa

Postby AnnaVier » Thu Nov 11, 2021 5:47 pm

Hi there, I have been distilling for a little over a year, focusing on Gin. Up to now I have used sugar washes (TPW initially, THEN moved to TFFV). Now going to try it with potato starch and will eventually move onto maize.
I am also starting a master distilling course.
Full time HCW.
