Good Morning from Tropical Melbourne

I'm currently researching the industry and formulating a business plan with the aim of starting a small Distillery business in the near future. Worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 20+ years and need a change from the corporate world. I'm looking forward to learning and growing my knowledge of distillation as much as I can.
