Well after 7 years with a T500 the boiler died so it was back to the bottle shop. Not happy with that and as I have enjoyed the hobby I contacted (Andrew) at 5 star stilling and bought the 4 plated column and 50L boiler. Looks awesome just gotta learn how to use it properly. Looking forward to moving on to the next level of brewing, experimenting and hopefully getting some decent Bourbons and Rums. Been reading the forum and lots of great information. Thanks to all.

Yeah it's pretty cool. First run I got 4 litres of tails and 1.5 litres of hearts. Well that was what my taste told me for cuts. Got a fair way to go and learn.. lol.

If that was your first run straight forum a wash don’t stress mate as when you tip the feints into the next run you will get double the amount of hearts you did this time.
Don’t second guess your taste buds as they will never left you down, unless of course you have the dreaded Rona
