Re-Introducing myself. Been out of stilling for 10 years, just started up again. Previously i ran a VM column for neutrals. Currently running a 4" perforated plate still (4 plates). Have run a couple of neutrals through it, about to venture into rum and others, haven't done anything but neutral before, so feel like a complete newbie again.

Welcome back to the pastime mate
Nothing like starting from scratch again lol. I suspect you will quickly discover that you are not starting from scratch mate as there will be lots you remember and work for both white and coloured spirits
