Thanks for the info RC AL, I didn’t do any thing different to the first TPW apart from put the yeast in at 40deg. Don’t know why it is so high

Did you correct your sg readings for temperature?

I did the run on Monday & i ended up with 2.7lt in 250ml cuts.
It is airing out & i will taste & devide it tonight.
