Hey guys,

I got recommended this forum along with homedistiller from some guys on reddit. Did a few UJSSM runs before trying a grain with sugar to boost SG. I'm never going back to sugar mixes again.

Running all grain these days on a 25l 4x3" bubble plate with a 1ft extension for when I want do do reflux runs with some SPP packing. I've been lurking here a while but never ended up commenting.

Into making scotch / whiskies and am now looking at getting my own grinder to buy grain in bulk.

Lots of good info here and being in Brisbane you are close to the 5star store for a look and advice
