G'day Gents

Say Hi and introduce yourself

G'day Gents

Postby Brennyj » Tue Jul 30, 2013 8:47 pm

G'day everyone, my name is Brendan and i live in the outer east of Melbourne.
I've been Homebrewing beer for almost 3 years now and have, for a little while now, been wanting to have a go at Distilling.
I picked up a Reflux Still from a friend a couple of weeks ago and did my first batch last week.
So far i've made Southern for the missus, a "Johnnie Jogger" and a single malt whiskie (all essences). She was happy with the Southern, but i reckon i can do a lot better with the whiskies, which is what i want to do.
I look forward to learning lots on this forum,

Thanks, Brendan.
