NSW Newbie

My name is Lucas. Currently in Cessnock NSW, moving to Cooma NSW in December. I have been distilling at home for about 5 years, the first 4 years making half a dozen batches a year. Over the last 12-18 months really ramped up things and experimenting with different products. It is my goal one day in the near future to open my own Micro DIstillery, so see how it all goes.
