Hi all.

I'm in south east QLD. Have been doing the turbo yeast, carbon & essence thing for a few years and am recently starting to move away from that and getting into making good neutral from other yeasts & double distilling. I have also been given a little store bought pot still head that has kicked me off down that road.

I'm keen to get involved with the forum and learn as much as I can and intend to build a larger pot still once I am confident with what I want and acquire the parts. I work away ALOT at the moment (slept in my own house about 10 nights since september) so don't have a lot of time for brewing & distilling, but have a good amount of spare time for researching and reading. Hopefully by mid year I can really start to get into it, in the mean time I 'm here to read up!

I could make a thread or post on what gear is used in mine ( its basically a psr25 setup using chinese crap), Might do that after new years.
