with the higher alc in your wash you often get some dissolved CO2 coming out after it's done

but i am with you Grumps i let it sit a while (even weeks) for it to clear o my TPW

you should be seeing around 990 on your hydro if it's done. imo the clearer it gets the better for distilling. but thats just my IMO as some run it very cloudy

OK, I never thought about it like that, but when you say it it makes perfect sense.

So dissolved CO2 coming out of the wash. :-D

McStill, why where you putting a cloudy wash through ??? I thought the idea was always put the clearest stuff in the boiler to get the best stuff out ???

Cheers
