Does anyone know what licensed distilleries use to measure ABV? and where can you buy it?

Thanks, I'm looking at applying for a license and one of the questions ask for the type of method I will be using to measure ABV. Thought replying with "HBS alcoholometer" might have been frowned upon.

Depends on your budget too. One option is the Anton Paar Snap 51. Only needs several millilitres to determine ABV. They need calibration by an accredited company every year I think. They do cost around $5K, but those that have them love them.
