Just letting you guys no I'm doing my first all grain. Wish me luck :) I've steeped grains but never the whole hog, its a "fat tyre amber ale" which I'm told is a realy easy drinking beer :D :D and I love the sound of that. Any tips would be appreciated so I dont stuff it up.
Thanks Mcstill I realised what could have been writen after I posted it but was too busy watching it bubble away... Also I love how this stuff smells it has worked its way into the house :D :D great times had by me
I haven't even tasted the end results and I think I'm hooked. You want some good aroma hops get some nelson sauvin, I used them in a Coopers Vintage Ale and the smell was coming out of the bubbler the whole fermenting process. Should be ready to sample in a week or two :)
