always Loved that idea of mods, very brain massaging :smile: . Had a thought at work tonight after reading this thread again, wonder if something could be done with a double plate system, like 2 plates conected together with over laping holes so you can adjust them for more or less vapor travel. I know you like thinking about things bt, just thought id add one more for your brain to play with :)) .

Has merit...would just have to work out how to get vapour to drive it...cam/fluted vanes...what about surface tension loss over wider hole... different slotted pattern perhaps...time to think it out.

keep throwing them in I'm sure someone will nail it...

btw what else is going to occupy one's thinking in those drift away moments at work or play...building stills is the answer.
