Sorry Bushy :laughing-rolling:

I sympathise with your missus. I just finished my exams. F**k I hate math's. Hate it even worse she says "You'll never use this method in real life but its in the exam". Once you hit 40 just counting your change left on the bar starts to become a chore.
On the plus side I've got some copper bits and pieces stashed in my work bag right now that I hope to turn into an inline thumper plate over the course of the next few nights. Being time poor is a bitch and I'll be time poor again in a week or two so gotta smash this out while I can and have the gear available on nightshift.

Don't cross fingers that you plan on using for the next month. Ol Zac and the other guy, 12 many excuses, are a tale of woe when it comes to building stills. This went wrong blah blah you never guess what happened. Don't mind me. I been quiet.

Had an early minute this afternoon so I got a bit done on the Infinite Improbability Drive :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Had to trim the seals a bit

But it fits!

And seals! (The bottom plate at least :laughing-rolling: )

I had to give the bolts a bit of a trim too, but I was expecting that.

And admiring the view

So two modules are complete and sealed. I'll try to get the other two done this week, just need an early knock off or two.

Getting closer!

Hey Zac - have you drilled and tapped your flanges on the sight glasses to attach the brass plates? If so what diameter? I'm thinking of doing the same.

Cheers for the encouragement guys. It's been a long road but I'm getting there!

No mention of a Christmas deadline? :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: 8-}

Nah no good. Literally only about an hours worth of work left - cutting the sight glass hole in two modules and soldering the fisheye on. In fact I could put it together and run I with just a top and bottom SG if I wanted.

I did a 15 amp lead with a 10 amp plug for the element, though! :handgestures-thumbupleft:
