Hi all finally got around to posting my bubbler build, 4 plates - 1 large bubbler cap - primus glass.
Found 6 of these in the scrap bin

Cut the pipe of 4 to use as plates

32mm riser with large washer to cover up hole in plate. Height 30mm from top of washer

Drilled holes for 19mm downcomer and threaded rod

Flattened a pice of 50mm copper pipe and cut 4 X lenghts 60mm long for caps, 4 X downcomers 19mm pipe 70mm long then flared the top as a bellmouth. Cut 4 X 25mm pipe 25mm long for downcomer cups

Made an attachment to connect the dremel to drill press and use handle to lower cutting disk

Cut some leftover riser pipe drilled and taped then welded onto top of riser. Drilled hole in top of cap and made EPDM gasket for fixing bolt

Welded washer and riser into place, test assemble found holes are too close to glass to turn nuts, so more holes drilled for threaded rod. Downcomer was a tight fit in plate, then soldered a collar on the top and bottom so it wound not move. Soldered cup in place.

Cut EPDM gaskets and cleaned all parts.
