So ran 2 lots of 35ltr ffv over the weekend.
On Saturday 35 ltrs of 9.5%. Had a bit of trouble managing heat and reflux to get a toothpick size stream and holding some reflux. Got there in the end and reasonably happy with the results.
Today ran 35 ltrs again but added feints from Saturdays run to bump the alcohol percentage up a bit and it ran perfectly for a while till it started going erratic again, I’m thinking when the alcohol percentage got low again.
Next week will strip the first run then add it to the second and see how it goes.
All in all pretty happy.

My first BWKO run with the new neutraliser stripped down to 4 plates
Starting to get the hang of it after running a few neutrals through it.
