Hey guys,
Finally drinking the first run of ujsm Bourbon out of the new bubbler, so worth the effort! Mind you, not long aged, just a month or so, but I couldn't be happier! I thought what I was making with the pot was good, this is an eye opener...looking forward to older generations. Sincerely need to thank you guys, would not have made the leap with out you. Any others thinking of building or buying, stop thinking about it, and go! You wont regret it

Yes, they are that good! I still need practice running it, but that will come in time. Speaking of time, I was able to make 2 full runs in much less time than I was doing one run with the pot. Still learning it, but the drop it made better overall. Still love my pot/thumper, but its getting dusty....

Im only using a pot but in the new year im gonna try and fork out for some 70L ferments. This way i can use less fermenters then i am now and hopefully on sell my 30L ones. I see a few guys here use 200L fermenters. Now that's how you build stock :laughing-rolling:
