Sneak peek - SS modular bubblers.

Postby MacStill » Tue Jan 08, 2013 2:08 pm

For a few months now Cupcake, Mrs Mac and I have been working on getting plans together for some SS modular bubblers, these stills have taken many hours organising and liaising with our factory over seas and are finally a reality.

All our parts are of the strictest high quality and are sanitary grade stainless steel backed by certification and international compliance to hygiene and food grade standards, the factory holds ISO 9001 manufacturers certification that complies with our food grade standards. All components are supplied with a material test certificate and put through rigorous testing before being sent to us.

Here's a couple of pictures of the factory and the CNC machines used to make our parts.

As you can see they keep the factory and warehouse extremely clean and tidy, and from the samples of gear we've had from here it truely reflects on the quality and pride they take in manufacturing SS products.

Here are our condensers that we're very excited about, they really are pretty neat :D

All our condensers come with 1/2" BSP fittings for coolant connections, braided hoses and any standard plumbing fittings will fit without the need for adapters and such.

Our column Tees are 4x4x3 and custom made, they are an exact copy in size as my current copper modular still I called the Dragon Slayer.

We are now in a position to say that a limited number of these rigs will be available early next week, they will be fitted with my hand crafted bubble cap or perforated plates that customers can choose from.

This is an exciting time for aussiedistiller.com.au and we're really looking forward to making quality alternatives available for our membership here.

Cheers.

They look like pretty good quality mate, nicely made. Was thinking the other day why some one hasn't tried to compete with them using Australian made, I guess its the same old story, China does everything cheap, shame though.
Keep up the good works people.

I still need to figure out exact costing of each component & the most viable shipping strategies, so it's a little way off yet.

The prices for complete stills will be released next week once I have got them here.

Cheers.

Mr and Mrs Mac deserve all the credit :handgestures-thumbupleft: I know how many emails went back and forth :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead: But I can assure everyone, there is NO compromise on quality with this gear,it is easily as good,if not better than SS fittings sourced form midways or Geordie :handgestures-thumbupleft: :handgestures-thumbupleft:
