So what does TPW taste like through a bubbler?

So if the bubbler preserves flavour do you need to run a TPW twice for a clean neutral out of a bubbler?

Not sure i like the sound of tomato tasting vodka :-)

....hmmm then again you throw in some Tabasco and a little Worsteshire sauce and maybe that would be ok!
:-)
So just wondering what the process is? Do you have to have a rock filter in the column? Or is multiple runs going to be the only way?

Depends how many plates your talking.

If 10 then nuetrel.

If 2 then yeah may be a bit funky :puke-huge:

If your going for a bloody mary out of the still that would be cool :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Makes a good breakfast drink

The tomato paste is a near complete and balanced diet for yeast.
Once its fermented the yeast eats all the tomato paste and stops once complete. If you use the right amount, there is nothing left.
All you will be left with is a worstershire sauce taste, if you add it.

Run this wash through a 5 plate bubbler and you have a nice clean vodka. Run it twice and you'll have a near perfect neutral

+1, I'm happy with two runs for neutral :handgestures-thumbupleft:
