I'm thinking of starting again. Just need to wait on more funds to buy another bunch of tubes. I'm in no real hurry to get it built, quality over quantity sorta bs.

Consider cutting about 100mm off the 600mm length (500mm will still be more than adequate) and makeing a new end plate,but make sure every thing is super clean before soldering the new plate ,the issue I see with such a large PC is the weight will make it lean over like a top heavy lady,putting a big load on copper easy flanges may cause ya leaks and distortion.Good luck wich ever way ya go.hillzabilly ;-)
