equipment: 2" pot with 2" shotty 400mm long 5x 1/2" on a t500 boiler.
50l keg boiler 4" still mount 4" sight glass 1" drain..
4 plate 4" bubbler, 600mm packed section

Ended up with 3 caps per plate.......but a window or 2 would be nice to see whats going on in there...ahh one day.
i will take a few more pics with wifeys phone next time shes down the work shop
Going to do a few more test runs then have a go at some vodka 3Xdistilled with a packed section?? i think??. Scored a few 25kg sacks of flour and always got heaps of pilsner malt on hand.

yeah gotta play round with it and see what she can do.
Im only using a gas ring burner for now but any one know now many watts it can take during the main part of the run? think i may be under powered.
