Nice BIGD , but its got a hole in it :teasing-neener:
.Three half kegs is 75 liters + the triangular bit in the middle that hurts my brain to calculate...but guestimating a 100 liter boiler. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

by my calculations (well trusty internet ones) its roughly 24.5lts so it should be 100lts? thats going off a standard 50lt keg being 360mm across the middle split into a triangle and a height of 440mm (not counting the dips in the bottom and top)

I think it's a much better design than welding kegs one on top of another...

Same height as a keg just double the capacity.. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Imagine a 2m FSD neutraliser on top of an 880mm keg duo! 8-}

The aim is with a small extension on the top 110l so room for 100 plus some head space. I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any :handgestures-thumbupleft:

At the risk of getting rocks thrown at me b-( I would suggest you turn those things on their sides and make 4 neato little BBQ's
the welding and joining on that thing is a horrendous undertaking. If you got some time on your hands and you must have the gear, why don't you roll some sheet up and put a floor and ceiling on it. Tadaaa!

If you weld 1 keg onto another you will get about a 110 liters. At first glance I am thinkin that is a keg and a half so its 80 liters. You have a big triangle that you are filling in so I bet you are 125l or maybe a little larger. Keep us informed. Thats a lot of work on the welding and cutting.

ALL still builders should be members of Parliament and Prime Ministers, because we can get the job done no matter what were working with. Innovators shakers and movers we are.

Legion... :clap:

I like trilobe look but If you just used 2 halves you could use plate to fill sides bottom and top, think of a slimline watertank
