It has roughly 11g of sugar per 100g. Could add some sugar to it. Less sugar added is better. Will u get more fruit off it?

I like the idea of an infusion.
Like I said this bush/vine thing is going nuts so we will probably get a heap more.
So far I'm just scooping the pulp and freezing it till I figure out what to do
Oh yea, some are sweet and some (most) are bitter
Cheers

So run the lot through my essential oil pot still and I will buy the resulting essential oil. Any potential disease destroyed, plant quarantine happy, problem solved.

We all know I can lay my hands on almost anything I need (that Bugatti Veyron still eludes me) :teasing-tease:
I need a recipe that's quick and easy/cheap and cheerful (like me)

I am on topic. I would like to purchase your Passiflora edulis fruit as essential oil, please. I want to produce a boutique Gin based on the essential oil. I can not import the "pulp" untreated into WA, but I can import as an essential oil.

Hear from you tomorrow. Nighty, night.

Steep in vodka 40% pot still to make it pretty. Then sweeten. Not sure of amount maybe make up amounts in 100ml lots until it is strong flavoured enough(measure passion fruit on a scale to make it repeatable... then scale it up. Or leave it dirty like a g-dropper? :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Passion-fruit Pop
1.5Kg passion fruit pulp
2kg sugar
2 chilli split
2 lemons split (squeezed and all thrown into the fermenter)
Add 2lt hot water and stir it all up until sugar dissolves
top to approx 25Lt pitch yeast.
treat it like a Ginger Beer
you can strain out the seeds or leave some in, will stain the fermenter though :))
you decide if you want it alcoholic or not by letting it ferment out, may need to back sweeten depending on your tastes

Thanks, Woolies and Coles do here as well but the fresh stuff would have been great. Having said that I am a BIG rap for Australian quarantine laws and fully support them.

I really like this but am confused by the "chilli" split. Does it simply mean split the chilli into pieces or is there a more profound meaning?
