Sweet Beets versus them all.

Conjecture...
Sweet beetroot, beta vulgaris. Gardening Australia, get some aussie distiller hints.
What the heck are sweet beets man, enter youtube
Are said to be ok to make ethanol, what you call youtube. I call conjecture. Really 20gram of sugar per 100gram...

Considering sunshine sugar is now $24 for 25kg.
When you hear people rate sugar washes versus potato and sweet potato. Hmm worth a go when the tubas are sub $1kg at the green grocers.
But white, purple or orange? Who knows I have those three growing, who knows where they are at among the suburban weeds.

Versus tomatoe wash, the small batch of home grown cherry, roma and other tomatoes (purple, reds, orange) made an interesting whiskey in the end. 89% of very good neutral taste with a light fruity scent.

But is this a sugar wash... I am always glycemic or hyper on the road to diabetes. And then. No and then.
